The Monthly Financial Update gives our readers an inside look at the allocation and performance of our personal portfolio. At the beginning of each month, we share a snapshot of our investments and highlight their performance over the previous month. In addition, we compute our progress towards achieving our retirement number.
Oh, So Close!
We were hoping to hit 50% of our retirement number this month and we came sooooo close. Just not quite close enough! Nevertheless, we still had a very successful month of saving and investing and we made some very solid gains in our portfolio. Let's hope we can continue this trend through the rest of the year. Only three more months to go!
